Prayer requests

I got this idea from Emily and thought I would do it too. There are so many people who could use some prayers right now, and it helps to get the word out to many people.

*This week on facebook I have posted many different status updates regarding my cousin Courtney's mom. Courtney married my cousin Kyle, and I actually haven't ever met her mom. She is currently in the hospital in Nashville TN, and is continuing to make slow progress. She had a stroke due to a hemorrhage on the left side of her brain. It is going to be a long recovery for her. Please pray for her strength to continue making progress, and for her family to stay strong for her.

*As Emily said in her post The Green Family needs our prayers too. Katie is pregnant with their third baby, and the baby has been diagnosed with Trisomy 13. Pray for God's will to be done, and that he will give them comfort during this time.

*My brother is looking for a good job, so that he can better support his family. He is getting discouraged because he has had interviews but been passed up for positions he was qualified for. Pray that the right job will come his way.

*Staci Henry is one of my good friends. She was recently diagnosed with a very early stage of breast cancer. Her husband Trent,is in the National Guard, and is on a deployment. He is currently on leave and was able to get 2 extra weeks at home because Staci had surgery to remove the cancer last week. Trent has to fly back to the sand box on July 4th. Please pray for Staci to stay strong during her treatment of the cancer, she has to have radiation, thankfully no chemo. Also please pray for her husband Trent's safety while overseas.
*Me- I am currently looking for a job with a regular salary. I started selling Aflac shortly after moving up here, but it is not bringing in enough money. I had one interview with Chase today, and tomorrow I have an interview with Met Life.

Trip home

Last Wednesday I drove home to GA. Joshua had to work, so it was just me on the long 8 hour drive. I enjoyed my time with family and friends, and didn't take any pictures. I wish that I had, but for some reason I didn't get my camera out at all. I did however take some videos on my phone, but don't know how to get them on the computer.

Wednesday night Kaeleigh, Addison and I went to eat dinner at McDonalds, and then went to Scoops to get icecream. Scoops is in Dacula, and has really good icecream. Thursday me and the girls went out to my grandparents house to go swimming, and I also had to go to the dentist. Mema cooked dinner for us, which I always love! Friday I took Kaeleigh to the nail salon so we could get pedicures. Also Kaeleigh and I met my friends Nicole and Erica at Fernandos for dinner. The mexican food in Florence sucks, so it was nice to eat good mexican food. Saturday I took the girls to the pool in my best friend Ashley's neighborhood. Saturday evening I went to the Smith's house for a get together. It was so nice to be able to see friends and catch up. I love going to their house each year to celebrate Brian's life. I got to love on my life long friend Jessie's baby, and thoroughly love it! Sunday morning I got up and went to church with my parents, and then we went to eat lunch at the mexican restaurant. Sunday afternoon I took Kaeleigh and Addison to my grandparents house and we hung out there until their parents came to pick them up. I only got to see Kenzie for about 30 minutes, wish I could have seen her for longer. Monday morning came very early, I had to get an oil change before hitting the road. I was home by 5, and walked in to Joshua doing dishes!

I hate living so far from all my family and friends. But I am getting more used to it every day.
